This dance cardio class will leave you feeling fun and fresh and ready to join a dance team. It's easy follow along moves while still giving you the full body workout. We'll dance through four dance combos and then move to your sculpting work using light weights and a band.
This nonstop, no repeated movements workout is broken down into three blocks: upper body, lower body, & cardio. We'll finish up with core work and as always, listen to your body as I'm using 5's but go a little heavier if you can!
This workout is perfect for any gal on the go wanting to get in a quick burn in just 10 minutes. Have you light weights + band by your side as we fire up your full body from glutes, arms, and your core.
This cardio barre class consists of choreographed sequences that start at a slower pace then progressively moves to a fast tempo followed by cardio pushes in between to still get your heart rate up.
