Taking it back to my old barre days in this workout. For this class, you'll need light hand weights, a band, and a counter/stool/wall for support as we move through some classic barre moves.
Pick up some heavier weights for this workout if you've got them. This one move per minute sequence class is a full body workout pushing you through heavy weighted snatches, rows, chest flies, and heart racing cardio pushes.
Grab a light to medium resistance band and meet me on your mat for this side lying series. We'll work your obliques, upper outer hips, and glutes all in 15 minutes.
