One word: FIRE. Cause you'll still be feeling the burn in this lower body burner. I'm using ankle weights to add a little work but no weights no problem. Give your body a break from those weights and join me for this no bulk workout.
Put on a spicy outfit and get ready to work your entire body in this class. Glute bridges, hammer curl to overhead presses, but dont forget your jump squats and skaters! You'll need light weights and a band for all your favorite barre inspired moves fused with cardio pushes in between.
