Aubre has an unmatched approach to barre classes; change your body, challenge your mind and have some f*cking FUN while doing it. Consistency is KEY when it comes to feeling the total body results this program has to offer. Aubre will be there with you every step of the way!

How to start: click the dropdown to enter into Week 1 and beyond. There you will see a "Welcome to Barre Bootcamp" intro. Carefully read through it so you know what to expect. I also included a calendar for you to write your weekly goals and follow along with the workout.

    Episode 1

    Using ankle weights and a band; this workout will help you work towards long & strong legs! No jumping or cardio; this one is barre inspired :)

    Episode 2

    We're diving straight into this workout with these dance inspired arms and abs movements. You'll tone and sculpt your body while simultaneously boosting your mood. And you'll need is 15 minutes and a pair of light weights.
