Aubre has an unmatched approach to barre classes; change your body, challenge your mind and have some f*cking FUN while doing it. Consistency is KEY when it comes to feeling the total body results this program has to offer. Aubre will be there with you every step of the way!

    Episode 7

    No mercy for your legs in this one! Give those babies the burn they deserve! No equipment needed but add your Balas if you’ve got them. Slow doesn’t mean easy and here’s proof ;)
