No equipment needed in this quick 8 minute workout. This class is all about toning and sculpting every inch of your upper body using only your bodyweight. Stretch out those arms and let's get to work.
One word: FIRE. Cause you'll still be feeling the burn in this lower body burner. I'm using ankle weights to add a little work but no weights no problem. Give your body a break from those weights and join me for this no bulk workout.
