This full body sweaty sculpt class consists of two rounds with five moves each. Each move is 45 seconds and we repeat them three rounds through. Go heavier with the weights if you can and make sure to have a band ready. Put in the work now and thank me later.
Move and groove it out like no one is watching in this full body dance cardio class. We have four easy to follow along combos before we use our light weights and band to tone and sculpt our entire body.
