Taking it back to my old barre days in this workout. For this class, you'll need light hand weights, a band, and a counter/stool/wall for support as we move through some classic barre moves.
Pick up some heavier weights for this workout if you've got them. This one move per minute sequence class is a full body workout pushing you through heavy weighted snatches, rows, chest flies, and heart racing cardio pushes.
This full body flow is the perfect bodyweight workout for any traveling sweaty bishes or if you're needing a break from the weights. We've got 40 minutes of nonstop movement, no equipment doesn't make the class any easier ;)
