    Beat dropping, heart pumping, muscle sculpting, bestie cardio barre remix. You'll need light weights, a medium band, and heavy sweating to fully optimize for this 60 minute class.

    This full body sequence, one move per minute class was is so hard that even the music needed a break. Medium to heavy weights, a band, and any hype playlist is all you'll need when you meet me on the mat.

    I DID NOT COME TO PLAY WITH THIS SWEATY SCULPT PROGRAMMING! Consider this your warning; we'll start with a banded warm up, move into our heavy weighted circuits, and finish off with an ab crusher.
