  • *LIVE* SWEATY SCULPT UPPER BODY 3/16/22

    I hope you're ready for this hard af workout! This class is a mix of forward raises, rows, curls, and all upper body crushers using a pair of medium to heavy weights (I'm using 12's) and a band.

  • *LIVE* BARRE REMIX 3/10/22

    One word: FIRE. These full sculpting circuits will hit and chisel the smaller muscle groups of your abs, arms, and legs for lean, defined muscles. No ballet experience needed, just light hand weights and a band. Come ready to burn it up! 🔥

  • *LIVE* DANCE CARDIO FULL BODY 3/9/22

    This dance cardio class is easy to follow along while still bringing up your heart rate and giving you that full body burn. I'll guide you through 4 combos then move into weighted cardio work and finish off with an ab sequence.

  • *LIVE* SEQUENCE 3/8/22

    Roll up your mats because we'll be working with gliders for the first half of today's full body sequence class. No gliders? Use paper plates, socks, bra pads, or follow along to the modifications then get ready for our weighted work to finish up class.

    Taking it back to my old barre days in this workout. For this class, you'll need light hand weights, a band, and a counter/stool/wall for support as we move through some classic barre moves.

    Pick up some heavier weights for this workout if you've got them. This one move per minute sequence class is a full body workout pushing you through heavy weighted snatches, rows, chest flies, and heart racing cardio pushes.

    This full body sweaty sculpt class consists of two rounds with five moves each. Each move is 45 seconds and we repeat them three rounds through. Go heavier with the weights if you can and make sure to have a band ready. Put in the work now and thank me later.

    Move and groove it out like no one is watching in this full body dance cardio class. We have four easy to follow along combos before we use our light weights and band to tone and sculpt our entire body.

    Be afraid with this class but not with going a little heavier with your weights. We've got an extended banded warm up followed by your lower body focused strengthening work.

    Signature Aubre barre burn to work all your micro muscles infused with cardio moves to get your heart rate up. You'll need a pair of light hand weights and a band we'll be using throughout the class.

    This dance cardio class will leave you feeling fun and fresh and ready to join a dance team. It's easy follow along moves while still giving you the full body workout. We'll dance through four dance combos and then move to your sculpting work using light weights and a band.

    This nonstop, no repeated movements workout is broken down into three blocks: upper body, lower body, & cardio. We'll finish up with core work and as always, listen to your body as I'm using 5's but go a little heavier if you can!

    This cardio barre class consists of choreographed sequences that start at a slower pace then progressively moves to a fast tempo followed by cardio pushes in between to still get your heart rate up.     Get your heart rate up and your confidence high in this killer dance cardio class! We have four combos we'll tie together for one fun AF dance sequence followed by sculpting work using light weights, a band, and glider (bra pads make a great alternative!)
