This express class is perfect for anyone craving sweaty sculpt but are short on time for a full length class. We'll work through 6 moves, 3 times through for a full body experience.
Be afraid with this class but not with going a little heavier with your weights. We've got an extended banded warm up followed by your lower body focused strengthening work.
This nonstop, no repeated movements workout is broken down into three blocks: upper body, lower body, & cardio. We'll finish up with core work and as always, listen to your body as I'm using 5's but go a little heavier if you can!
Don't be afraid to go a little heavier for this upper body workout. I'll be working with a pair of 8's, 10's, and my 15 lb Bala bar through two supersets; one focusing on your chest and one for your triceps.
