Today's class will send you off feeling all the vibes! The nostalgic playlist, the light weights transitioning into heavier weights, the one and done programming, this class may be no moves repeated but I won't be surprised if you choose to go through it twice.
We're starting from the beginning with this back to basics sweaty sculpt class. This progression style programming focuses on perfecting your form and movement and gradually become more challenging through rounds 2 and 3. I'll be using 12 lbs but listen to your body and use anything between 8-20's.
