    Badass banded tabata! This class consists of two different rounds of 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off. Give me 15 minutes to raise your heart rate and tone and sculpt every inch of your body. All you'll need is a band for this quickie workout.

    Weighted barre sculpt that'll leave you feeling a little doozy afterwards! I'm using a 10 lb dumbbell but you can break it down into a set of 5's or even 3's! Hit play and get ready for 30 minutes of lengthening and strengthening your body.

    Get your crew together for this class because it's a MF dance party!! Four combos followed by dancer arms and abs work. Make sure to have lights weights (no heavier than 5's) and meet me on the dance floor.
