    Episode 1

    This 20 minute full body glider sculpt workout will tone every muscle of your body using only gliders and a pair of light weights. Add on a pair of Balas for an extra challenge if you have them.

  • 30 MIN STANDING SERIES 4/18/22

    Episode 2

    This standing series will target every inch of your body in just 30 minutes. Strap on your Bala's or have a light pair of weights and any standing support you have (barre, wall, bench, kitchen counter) then meet me on the mat.

  • 20 MIN WEIGHTED GLIDERS 4/11/22

    Episode 3

    Free the girlies and grab those bra pads (or gliders) for this 20 minute light weighted gliders workout. This slow flow class will work your entire body leading you through dynamic upper body circuits and hard af lower body glider work that leave you shaking and quaking.

    This dance cardio class is easy to follow along while still bringing up your heart rate and giving you that full body burn. I'll guide you through 4 combos then move into weighted cardio work and finish off with an ab sequence.
