  • 30 MIN BUILD A BOOTY 3/28/22

    HAVE YOUR FOAM ROLLER READY; your glutes will need it. If you have got GAINS in mind, this booty-focused Sweat Sesh will help you reach those goals. Grab some heavier DB's, a band, and get that a$$, you deserve.

  • 20 MIN YOUR THIGHS ARE ON FIRE 3/14/22

    Grab your ankle weights and a fire extinguisher because this workout will leave your thighs on fire! We're working in a sequence style so we'll start on one side and flip it and reverser it to the other.
