My hope is that some of the classes in this series will help you shift out of your funk and INSPIRE you to step into the bad ass you were always meant to be.

  • SLOW SCULPT ARMS AND ABS 8/2

    Slow and in control. This arms and abs sculpt class focuses on connecting your breath to your body while still being hard af. 40 minutes of light weight tricep extensions, bicep curls, super woman to side planks, everything you’ll need to feel that upper body burn.
