Missy, from Boulder Colorado has always been passionate about staying active and living a healthy lifestyle. She took her first hot yoga class in college and from that moment was hooked. She was drawn to the physical and mental challenge, the spiritual connection and the community. Wanting to share her love for yoga and fitness with others she obtained her E-RYT 500hr Yoga Certification, Yoga Sculpt Certification and Pilates Certification. For over a decade she has been teaching in both Colorado and California and now has brought her classes to life virtually. With Missy you get a little bit of everything. Yoga sculpt, vinyasa flow and restorative yoga!
