    This 20 minute glider sculpt workout features long, dynamic sequences that'll work your whole body. No gliders, no problem. You can use socks, paper plates, towels, or even bra pads. Have a pair of light weights for your warm up.

    Episode 3

    No mercy given in this full body sweaty sculpt class. Three rounds, three circuits, and a wildcard cardio push in between each. Have a band ready but don't be afraid to pick up some heavier weights for an extra challenge.
