Sweaty sculpt full body aka the hardest class you'll ever take. No turning back if you've made it this far so grab your heavy weights and band and ready to work a full 60 minutes of alternating lateral raises, renegade rows, froggers, chest presses, burpees, everything fun.
Sweaty sculpt...what nightmares are made of :). You'll need a booty band to start off class as we work through a warm up and straight into some booty activating work. If you have access to heavier weights, grab them and give your upper body a challenge. Leave a comment to wish Brenda HBD!
I DID NOT COME TO PLAY WITH THIS SWEATY SCULPT PROGRAMMING! Consider this your warning; we'll start with a banded warm up, move into our heavy weighted circuits, and finish off with an ab crusher.
I hope you're ready for this hard af workout! This class is a mix of forward raises, rows, curls, and all upper body crushers using a pair of medium to heavy weights (I'm using 12's) and a band.
