A little switch up in formatting for this class. Every move will work the ENTIRE BODY with four minutes of non-stop cardio in between each circuit. Consider this your warning and I'll see you at the end. I'm using 12.5s and a band.

Apologies in advance because this upper body sweaty sculpt is NASTYYY!! Three dynamic circuits mixed with tabata sequences in between. Want to go even harder? Take it up a notch with your heavier weights (I'm using 12.5s)
One word: TOASTED. 3 circuits focused on building full body strength matched with a Tabata finisher at the end of each circuit! Medium dumbbells and a band for this one!
