This class will kick your booty in all the right ways! We're going to be working with supersets today with tabata rounds in between. I've got a set of 10's but don't be afraid to go a little heavier! Head over to your mat and let's get started!
Do this with a friend cause you'll need to be carried out when you're done. We've got super sets full of hammer curls, deadlifts, push press jacks and topped off with our favorite cardio pushes. It's hard AF but you'll look hot AF doing it ;)
