  • *LIVE* SWEATY SCULPT LOWER BODY 10/1

    Power through this booty and core focused sweaty sculpt workout with a pair of medium to heavy weights and a band. Two supersets and a two tabata rounds in between. I've got a few new moves for you gals so make sure to listen to your body and modify if needed.

  • *LIVE* FULL BODY MASH UP 10/2

    Push, sweat, and sculpt in this mash up class. We start off a four minute tabata push, full body sequence with no moves repeated, and finish off with another tabata round. You might feel unwell afterwards, but it'll be worth it. Equipment: Medium weight & band

  • 15 MIN UPPER BODY SCULPT

    This low impact class will work, tone, and define your upper body and core in just 15 minutes or less. All you need is a pair of light weights.

  • 10 MIN LFG WARM-UP 10/6

    This 10 minute class is the perfect warm up before you dive straight into any of my on demand workouts. Do it once, do it twice, get your body ready for the day :)

    Get your crew together for this class because it's a MF dance party!! Four combos followed by dancer arms and abs work. Make sure to have lights weights (no heavier than 5's) and meet me on the dance floor.

  • *LIVE* SWEATY SCULPT FULL BODY 9/20

    Don't be afraid to go a little heavier for this full body sweaty sculpt workout. We have three supersets of four moves and a one minute cardio push in between each. It's not an easy one, but push through it and I guarantee you'll leave feeling stronger than ever. EQUIPMENT: medium weights + band

  • 20 MIN SEQUENCE UPPER BODY 9/27

    Get ready to go all out in this upper body sequence workout. Each move is one minute, one time through. I'm using 15's for an extra challenge, but listen to your body and grab a medium to heavy weight to your comfort.

  • 25 MIN EXPRESS BARRE ABS 9/27

    This low impact quickie workout focuses on toning and firing up every inch of your core. We'll be doing planks, curls, weighted punches, all your favorite ab moves, You'll need a set of light weights or Bala's and a band to instantly start feeling the burn.

  • 30 MIN HIIT AND TONE 9/20

    This 30 hiit and tone class will work your entire body head to toe. You'll need a medium pair of weights to get you through alternating leg raises with chest presses, sumo squats with alternating bicep curls, and a tabata round to top it all off. Hiit play and get it work.

  • 25 MIN CARDIO BARRE EXPRESS 9/20

    Low on time but still want to get in your favorite signature class? This quickie cardio barre express class is perfect for you. All you'll need is a set of light weight and band.
