    Feeling a little sore? This stretch sesh is the perfect add on to any of our other workouts. This short video is sure to get you loosened up and feeling great. You'll need a resistance band for this workout.

    This is the warm up we have been doing for all of our live classes in July. You can pair this with any of the other on demand workouts if you need a little extra something to get those muscles loosened up. It also features one of my favorite songs! :)
